Job Description
Generate and distribute invoices
Verify information in system, invoice and submit to customers
Follow up on invoices and resolve billing issues
Prepare and submit reports on billing activity
Work with other departments to ensure efficient revenue cycle management
Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3 years of previous billing experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
