Job Title : Billing Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a Billing Analyst to join a growing finance team where your analytical skills and precision will directly impact the financial success of the organization.

As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. Your responsibilities will include :

Reviewing and verifying billing data, invoices, and supporting documents

Responsible for billing clients

Researching and resolving billing discrepancies (some client interaction / calls)

Collaborating with internal teams to align billing processes with company policies

Reconciling payments and creating journal entries

Analyzing billing trends and identifying process improvements

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Preparing billing activity and performance reports

Assisting with month-end close tasks and journal entries

Providing top-notch customer service for billing inquiries

Supporting audits and special projects as needed

Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus

2+ years of experience in billing

Good understanding of reconciliations and journal entries

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid opportunity - 3 days in office / 2 days work from home weekly

Pay Details : $24.00 to $26.50 per hour
