Job Overview

HERACK INC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Construction Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential development projects. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects run efficiently, budgets are tracked, timelines are met, and teams are aligned from start to finish. You'll work on diverse housing types-including single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes-while contributing to the company's growing impact across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple active residential construction sites.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities.
  • Monitor budgets, control project expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Track schedules, enforce deadlines, and report on project milestones and KPIs.
  • Present development plans to city officials to secure building permits.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and local building codes.
  • Implement operational processes and best practices to optimize workflows.
  • Support procurement, staffing, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical and operational issues.
  • Lead communication with external vendors to maintain accountability and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential development, construction operations, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, permitting, and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Reliable vehicle required for local travel between project sites.
