Our focus for the past 10 years has been on value-add multifamily properties in Texas. We are looking for a Regional Manager for our Austin region.

Who You Are

• You know a combination of Yardi, Procure to Pay, Maint IQ, Anyone Home, LRO, and Rent Café, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• You are or have been a Regional Property Manager in the multifamily industry. You know how to manage on-site processes and lead employees, vendors, and residents to reach set goals.
• Creating and delivering performance reviews and eliminating and adding the necessary people / positions to benefit the team’s overall success.
• You have creative ideas behind resident retention, portfolio revenue maximization, and culture building within your own sites…. All while controlling expenses
• You know how to prepare annual property budgets
• You are involved or want to be involved in industry-focused networking groups and professional organizations
• You are comfortable with maintaining owner / investor relationships and communication through all aspects of operations
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing to submit accurate and timely reports for weekly / monthly / quarterly deadlines
• You are knowledgeable in market conditions and stay ahead of changes to position assets to meet budget
