Your Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include :

• Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.
• Weekly trash removal duties.
• Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping.
• Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
• Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

The work hours for this position are 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
