Available 24 / 7 via phone, text, chat, and web, PA 211 empowers people to navigate challenges and access essential services.
As the After-Hours Contact Center Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of Resource Navigators who provide compassionate, solution-focused support to thousands of individuals across multiple counties in Pennsylvania. You'll play a key role in shaping the client experience, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of advocacy and innovation. This is more than a management role, it's an opportunity to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact every day.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years managing a contact center is required. A bachelor's or associate degree in the human services field is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of education.
Annual Salary
Pay Grade 107
Salary Range - $55,620 - $62,500
