GTM Systems Manager

The Role

As our first GTM Systems Manager, you'll be supporting our go-to-market efforts and will be an essential player in optimizing our systems architecture and tools during our stage of hyper-growth. Scaling and top performance are an intersection you love to balance, and you know how to drive revenue operations efficiency in the lead-to-cash funnel. The ideal candidate is an expert in all the latest GTM tooling and infrastructure, capable of planning and executing strategic initiatives while also problem-solving and future-proofing to ensure all systems can scale with the organization. Partnering closely with the GTM Operations leadership and other cross-functional departments, this critical role is essential for translating our strategy into an engine that rapidly accelerates our growth efforts.

What You'll Do

• Own Systems Architecture : Ensure a reliable connection between Salesforce and other tools and ensure efficiency through quarterly process improvements
• Tech Stack Management and Execution : Own the optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, customization, and integration with other tools. Assess and implement new technologies that drive sales productivity and scalability
• Data & Analytics : Ensure data quality and governance to enable accurate forecasting and reporting

What We Look For

Salary Range : $150,000 - $180,000 annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
