Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conducts job-task analysis and needs assessments to identify training solutions

Consults with managers to develop training program goals and objectives

Designs course content using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or relevant certification and job-related experience

5 years of experience in training, education, development, or related field

Solid knowledge of course development software and authoring tools

Proven experience preparing courses for e-Learning in a Learning Management System

Preferred : Master's Degree and 5+ years with course development software
