The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing data related to procurement, supplier performance, inventory, and logistics. This role ensures that supply chain data is accurate, reliable, and available for decision-making across procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning functions. The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations, and IT to deliver actionable intelligence that supports business objectives, improves processes, and drives efficiencies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather supply chain data from ERP, procurement, logistics, and warehouse systemsClean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platformsServe as the primary owner of supply chain data integrity, resolving discrepancies and maintaining master dataDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply chain performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide validated datasets for use in demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecastingTranslate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for supply chain leadership and stakeholdersEnsure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable dataSupport demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization through advanced analytics and modelingPartner with procurement, logistics, operations, and planning teams to provide accurate data for decision-makingSupport supply chain leadership with ad hoc analysis, ensuring data quality for strategic initiativesAct as the liaison between IT / data teams and supply chain stakeholders to improve system integration and reporting toolsAnalyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigationIdentify gaps in data quality and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiencyStandardize data management practices across the supply chain functionParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing end-to-end supply chain performanceMonitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and recommend new approaches for continuous improvementPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs, demonstrating flexibility, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges and opportunitiesMINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain analytics (preferred)Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsStrong technical experience with Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniquesExperience with data preparation, rationalization, and processingKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
