J&R Schugel is Now Hiring Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Drivers!

Earn Up to $0.71 CPM

$500 Onboarding Bonus

Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles :

Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM

Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM

Run 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week with flexibility to stay out longer

10-12 days out, 2 days home

$500 onboarding bonus

$1,000 vacation pay

Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver

Detention, layover & stop pay

This dedicated fleet account operates as a self-contained fleet that has a dedicated fleet manager, dispatcher, and customer service representative. This allows the drivers, operations, and customer service team to work very closely together with open lines of communication.

Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Requirements :

Valid CDL-A, 21+

At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required

Refrigerated experience

Safe driving record
