HAYS has partnered with a national Real Estate owner, operator, and developer. They are currently hiring a Multi-Site Property Manager to support a portfolio of 80 units consisting of Class A / B multifamily properties in the Los Angeles area with an additional 80 unit lease-up.
Your new role As the Multi-Site Property Manager, you will be responsible for the following
- Oversee team and general administrative functions of property.
- Maintain consistent, clear, and professionalmunication for all residents.
- Coordinate with residents and maintenance teams for all maintenance related issues.
- Collect monthly fees and maintains records of payment and rental activity.
- Maintain budgets and financial performance of property.
- Oversee re-certification andpliance for affordable housing units.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential property management.
- Experience with Conventional and Affordable Housing.
- Proficiency with Appfolio or similar property management software.
- Excellentmunication skills
- Strong Leadership and ability to self-manage.
- Prior experience withpliance.
