The contractor will manage the MS Unemployment Insurance System. Additionally, He / She will institute new processes for detail processing of Sub-Contractor invoicing. Manage the deliverables of the system maintenance modifications, enhancements, upgrade. Coordinate with other state agencies using the UI system to find cost saving to the maintenance of the application. Provide weekly and monthly program updates to stakeholders.
- Proven portfolio management, strategic account planning with strong financial management.
- Experience in creating and working with Program Management Office. (PMO)
- Successful program and project execution, in-depth knowledge of financial management, contracts, and Third-Party
- Vendor Management.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of government and commercial contracting including subcontracting, fixed price,
- cost reimbursable, time & material, teaming agreements, and cost share contracts.
- 15 plus years working for Large Systems / Management Consulting company.
- Systems implementation and management of on-premises, COTS, hosted, cloud Iaas and SaaS across a wide variety
- of Federal, State, and commercial engagements.
- Experience working with at least 2 Mississippi State Agencies
- 20 years of Project and Program Management experience implementing medium, and large COTS and customs systems.
- Program execution and day-to-day operations to ensure cost and risk, detailed risk analysis, supporting negotiations
- and ensuring favorable terms and conditions for any change in contract.
- Must have expert Microsoft word, excel skills.
Established budgets as well as short and long-term program objectives for the portfolios.
