As a result, we’re looking for some technically minded and customer-focused rock stars to join our team in our North America headquarters in Kennesaw, GA.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Castles Technology, you will play a key role in supporting our high-growth team, driving innovation in the unattended payments market—one of the fastest-growing segments of Fintech, spanning industries such as vending, kiosks, EV charging, parking, and self-service retail. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and helping expand Castles’ presence in this evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned territories and verticals.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and at industry events or trade shows to build interest in Castles Technology solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Track and manage all outreach activity, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to support the full sales cycle and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to better engage with prospects and identify opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline-building goals, contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in a business development, sales support, or inside sales role, ideally within Payments, Fintech, or Technology.Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with a hunter mentality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tools, with a strong ability to leverage technology for effective outreach management and tracking.Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient, with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented and eager to learn from more senior sales colleagues.Why Work at Castles Technology?

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be onsite in an office setting. The work will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by video conferencing, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
