Technical Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices

Provide timely results and technical support to facilities and customers

Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and FDA reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree

Experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics

Previous cardiac experience or field sales / clinical specialist experience with cardiac devices

Knowledge of FDA / GMP / MDR device regulations
