Firstsource is HIRING for Account Representatives in Colorado Springs, CO! If you are interested in customer service collections , this may be the job for you !

We are seeking individuals who can service calls / accounts, professionally respond to inquiries, and create a positive experience for the customer. We handle 1st party, early delinquency accounts for a major US bank! This position offers growth opportunity in a global company, office experience, and development of your customer service skills with one of the top banks in the country!

We offer to our employees :

• Hourly rate- $19.00 an hour
• 90 day merit increase based on attendance and performance
• Paid training : 11am-8pm M-F
• Day shift! 11am-8pm M-F

Basic Purpose and Function :

The Account Representative will contact customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer payment solutions and alternatives.
