Our client, experiencing rapid growth, is offering exciting opportunities for Information Technology professionals. As an IT Business Relationship Manager, you will collaborate closely with IT and Business leadership teams across multiple business units. Your role involves partnering with teams to strategize, design, and implement efficient business and systems solutions, with a focus on Sales, CRM, Customer Engagement, and other key areas. This position demands a highly consultative approach, requiring a nuanced understanding of both technology and strong business acumen.

Duties of the IT Business Relationship Manager :

• Utilize research and client interactions to evaluate and develop technology solutions tailored to the current and future needs of the Global Commercial Operations division (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Ops, Commercial Ops).
• Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to the appropriate level of IT staff regarding business requests and projects.
• Facilitate frequent IT planning and strategy sessions with division leadership, ensuring alignment of priorities.
• Participate in all Healthcare business planning and update sessions.
• Coordinate changes for all business requirements with IT.
• Establish IT service level agreements with business leadership and monitor services to ensure they are maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT business partners, linking business strategies to IT priorities.
• Identify and prioritize key IT initiatives to support business strategies and objectives.
• Manage new initiatives as a solution consultant and technology decision maker.
• Recommend, drive new projects through the demand planning ideation stage, and deliver IT initiatives.
