We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Life Insurance Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of technology solutions within the life insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in business analysis, working within Agile environments, and possess a deep understanding of life insurance platforms and digital applications. This role is critical in ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities : Requirements Elicitation and Documentation Lead workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, including user stories, use cases, and process flows. Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for system enhancements and new life insurance product launches. Process Analysis and Improvement Assess current life insurance processes such as policy administration, underwriting, new business, and claims to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Design future-state business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall customer experience. Solution Design and Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and provide insights on the business impact of technical design decisions. Testing and Quality Assurance Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to validate requirements. Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and function seamlessly within the life insurance ecosystem. Stakeholder Management Manage and prioritize requirements across multiple business units, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and strategy. Provide regular updates on progress, communicate business impacts, and set clear expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
