US Production Manager

A company is looking for a US Production Manager, Made-to-Order.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day MTO production operations across US-based furniture vendors

Establish and oversee vendor SLAs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality metrics

Design and implement tracking tools to monitor order progress and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications :

10 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement with knowledge of end-to-end production processes

Experience operating with major US-based online retailers (M2C)

Strong network of US furniture vendors

General Manager mindset with supply chain and lean / JIT manufacturing experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred
