Reason for Coverage : Maternity Leave
Practice Setting : Hospital-based
EMR : Epic
Neurosurgeons in Practice : 3
Patient Demographic : Adult & Geriatric
Autonomy : No Supervising physician always available by phone if not onsite
Required Duties :
Diagnose & treat illnesses
Order & interpret tests
Write prescriptions
Coordinate patient care
First response to code stroke alerts within facility
Credentialing : Estimated 120 days
Travel Covered : Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage (IRS standard rate)
Submission Requirements :
AANP Required
Active VA license Required
ACLS, ENLS Required
Neurovascular experience Highly preferred (not open to new grads)
Certification Requirements :
AANP
ACLS
State License Requirements :
Virginia
