Timeline is looking for a Head Of Finance who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational, financial, and HR processes. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Timeline and Live Nation's centralized HR, Finance, and AP teams ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, financial operations, vendor management, and overall business administration. This individual will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and external artist clients, driving operational excellence across all facets of the business.

What This Role Will Do

• Provide financial and operational support to the CEO
• Act as the primary point of contact between Timeline employees and Live Nation HR for employee inquiries, benefits, and policy guidance
• Manage daily financial operations including receivables reporting, vendor payments, invoicing, and commission tracking by artist / band
• Provide monthly financial projections and commission summaries to leadership and managers
• Review and approve all expenses, including vendor invoices, artist chargebacks, contractor payments, and employee T&E reports; lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain strong relationships with external business management firms and artist teams to ensure timely financial reporting and payments
• Support operational needs for artists without business managers, including billing and financial tracking
• Manage contracts and compliance documentation
• Maintain financial records, artist files, and operational documentation
• Oversee general office administration including IT coordination, equipment ordering, and systems management

The expected compensation for this position is : $80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
