Inventory Specialist

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the stockroom operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, performing cycle counts, and managing the flow of incoming and outgoing parts. This position requires strong reading and writing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

• Perform inventory control for incoming and outgoing electronic parts in the warehouse.
• Verify all incoming parts against shipping manifests.
• Package electronic parts in specific packaging to prevent contamination.
• Conduct cycle counting of all products in the stockroom to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform basic math to correct inventory discrepancies.
• Enter cycle count data into the company database.
• Document all incoming and outgoing products in the company's internal system.
• Assist in order picking or assembly as needed.

Work Environment :

The work environment is clean and small, mainly focused on the warehouse / stockroom. The role involves a mix of sitting and standing throughout the workday. It is a smaller company with a family-oriented atmosphere. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
