The Role and Team

The Business Applications and Data team plays a pivotal role within our corporate IT structure. We are focused on developing, managing, and enhancing enterprise applications that drive our business operations forward. This team prioritizes engagement with various business lines to adapt and scale solutions efficiently, in addition to shaping an enterprise decision-support system that enhances reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders in People & Culture, IT, and Finance, transforming complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions using Workday and related technologies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement in people, processes, and technology.

Develop and oversee scalable configuration standards and frameworks aimed at driving automation and sustainability.

Oversee major Workday releases, developing strategies for feature adoption and stakeholder impact analysis.

Implement robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive employee information.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000. Compensation decisions consider factors like experience, role responsibilities, and market data. Medallia is dedicated to equitable pay and benefits.
