Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and sealers, safely and efficiently. Inspecting products for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Maintaining accurate packaging and inventory records. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. Following all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and state compliance requirements. Assisting team members and performing additional duties as assigned. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packaging processes. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or assembly line work (preferred, but not required, we provide training). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and recordkeeping skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods. Must be able to obtain a Missouri DCR-issued Agent ID and pass a federal fingerprinting background check.
