Location : Lee's Summit, MO 64063 Work Type : Onsite

Est. Pay Range : $17.00 / Hour to $19.00 / Hour on W2 (USD) Schedule : All schedules will be M-F, training will be M-F 8-4 : 30pm local time

Duties In this role you will :

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies
