Membership Director

System One is assisting a professional association with their search for a Membership Director to lead efforts in member recruitment, retention, and engagement. This role manages membership services, benefits (including continuing education), and supports systems that enhance member experience. Responsibilities : Developing and executing membership growth strategies Creating marketing materials and communications Supporting member participation in programs and events Analyzing membership data and trends Managing membership systems and technology Assisting with facility rentals and committee support Qualifications : 4+ years in membership services, preferably in a nonprofit Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and membership databases Bachelor’s degree required Salary : Up to $47K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
