Job descriptionOracle HCM , OCI, Healthcare 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle HCM APIs, and web services. Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Solid understanding of data migration, transformation, and integration best practices. Familiarity with security protocols, identity management, and OCI IAM. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud and / or OCI are a plus. Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines in OCI. Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration scenarios.
As an Oracle HCM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Educational Qualifications : -
- Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
