TECHSTAFF is looking for a Research & Development Engineer with experience in the design of custom and semi-custom products.
This candidate will work with sales and customers to create custom solutions for unique and specified product applications.
Experience should include : * Confidence in design, prototyping, and testing of products. (DFMfg, DOE, FEA) (Hands-on)* Sheetmetal and fabrication, plastic part(Extrusion) & mechanical assembly design(Gear & motor) experience* Understanding of Development process- Ideation / stage-gating / and leading teams.
A Bachelor's degree(or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related Technical field.Our Client is the leader in their industry, with unique products, exceptional service and a supportive and creative management team.
