What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.Collaborate with site personnel and / or local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.What We're Looking For :
