Job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Multi-Location Cleaner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various locations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a positive, team-player attitude. Interior Day Porter Duties : Common Areas : Maintain building entrance, lobby, hallways, and elevator cabs. Spot clean glass surfaces to remove fingerprints and smudges. Remove trash and debris. Spot vacuum and mop as needed. Check and clean interior cab paneling. Empty trash receptacles and police building exterior for debris. Check and restock paper products. Spot mop flooring to remove spills, using "Wet Floor" signs. Perform occasional tasks as requested by EDGE personnel or clients. Common Areas : Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, smoking areas, and dumpster enclosures. Spot clean glass surfaces. Empty trash receptacles. Police parking lots for miscellaneous trash and debris. Spot mop to remove spills. Spot clean surfaces including toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, and mirrors. Check and restock paper products. Spot mop flooring to remove spills, using "Wet Floor" signs. Perform occasional tasks as requested by EDGE personnel or clients. Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical, or electrical malfunctions. Report any visible property damage. Perform other duties as requested by Property Manager or Building Engineer. Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Commitment to providing premier janitorial services professionally and consistently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive, team-player attitude. Ability to lift 10 lbs or more. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. We value employees who can perform with minimal supervision and who are team players.
