Key Responsibiliti es
Manage multiple residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish.
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
Ensure all work is completed in alignment with budget, design, code, and safety standards.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with homeowners, vendors, and team members.
Conduct on-site walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and manage documentation, including change orders and punch lists.
Anticipate and address potential delays or challenges proactively.
Foster a respectful and productive worksite environment.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in residential project management is required.
Proven success managing remodeling and new construction projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Skilled in problem-solving and navigating client expectations.
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
