Job Description

Manage the operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with the construction department to address repairs and improvements. Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Supervise property staff, providing training and support to maintain high-performance standards. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize occupancy rates and rental income. Resolve tenant concerns and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
