Technical Service Manager

We are hiring a Technical Service Manager for a permanent, onsite opportunity with our automotive client in Ellabell, GA! TheTechnical Service Manager is responsible for helping the customer to be successful, ensuring product performance in the field, protect Axalta market share, gaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the service team and follow all safety processes and practices.
• Set up and manage the onsite service team.
• Identify and build relationships with key person in customers.
• Establish baseline and improve on customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly checklist, and improve the coating performance.
• Responsible for internal and external reports.
• Customer issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate with CSR Sales team, GBT team and PE team form a good team work to support the customer.
• Manage the site team performance, create SOPs, and develop the site team to achieve the business goals.
