Senior Litigation Associate / Of Counsel

Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks experienced litigation attorneys, mid to senior level through Of Counsel, Shareholder, to join our San Francisco office. This is an opportunity for a litigator who wants to sharpen their trial skills, take on complex cases, and build a practice at the nation’s largest and top-ranked environmental law firm, consistently recognized by Chambers for excellence in environmental litigation and regulatory matters.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and versatile litigators to join the largest environmental law firm in the country. The ideal candidate would have experience litigating complex cases in the state and federal courts in California, including trial experience, with a desire to become a leader in matters involving challenging legal and environmental issues. All candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Candidates must have the following qualifications :

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• A strong interest in continuing to develop as a litigator. Environmental, toxic tort, or land use permitting experience is a plus, and an interest in environmental regulatory issues is helpful but not required.
• Current member of the California bar, or the eligibility to sit for the bar in California.
• Strong analytical, research, writing and oral communication skills, attention to organization and detail, ability to work well under deadlines, creative thinker, multitasker, and ability to assume significant client responsibilities.

What We Offer

Base pay range : $220,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr
