As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes.
• Explaining benefits options and providing guidance to help members make informed decisions.
• Conducting benefits meetings for new members.
• Troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues in a timely manner.
• Acting as a liaison between members and our main office.
• Participating in open enrollment processes and communicating changes effectively.
