Job Title
Efficiently operate inserting machines and other mail equipment.
Process, label, sort, stack, and wrap high-volume mail requests.
Diagnose routine equipment issues and request support as needed.
Manually insert letters into envelopes, seal, and apply postage.
Retrieve, sort, record, weigh, and distribute materials.
Efficiently process certified, bar-coded, and UPS mail for shipment.
Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite and various program specific applications.
Interact with colleagues, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer phone inquiries and accurately relay messages.
Perform tasks in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.
Possession and maintenance of a valid Class D Driver's License issued by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
Ability to bend, lift, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
Ability to operate material handling equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
