Job descriptionLead financial reporting, modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis Present financial data and insights to senior leadership and board members Manage audit preparation and regulatory compliance (GAAP, fund restrictions) Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and multi-fund tracking (e.g., endowments, capital projects, investment funds) Serve as primary liaison with external financial partners (banks, auditors, investment consultants) 4+ years of progressive finance / accounting experience Skilled in executive-level communication and board presentations Experienced in audit prep, month end, financial modeling and reporting
Finance and Accounting Manager
$130-150,000 plus bonus
Fully on-site in Brooklyn
A unique historic and cultural organization in Brooklyn is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. This role reports to the CFO and plays a key part in financial strategy, reporting, and operational oversight.
The Finance and Accounting Manager will help guide the financial future of a respected nonprofit with long-term impact in the community.
