About the Position :

We are seeking a skilled CNC and Manual Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining both CNC and conventional machines to produce high-quality parts to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines as well as manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.
• Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
• Maintain production documentation and follow safety and quality standards at all times.
