About the role

As a CNC Programming Machinist, you will operate under the guidance of Operations Management and collaborate closely with the Engineering team to deliver precision components on time and to spec.

A day in the life

• Provide hands-on leadership across CNC machining activities and the resistive element process.
• Manage and control Screening, Molding, and Machining processes to ensure consistency and throughput.
• Elevate quality standards and drive on-time delivery for internal customers and production teams.
• Champion a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
