Job descriptionManage day-to-day export / import activities in full compliance with U.S. government regulations Serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams and compliance personnel at multiple sites Submit and track export license applications Conduct thorough Denied Party Screenings (DPS) and third-party vetting of new vendors and customers Audit and review shipping documentation and EEI filings to ensure accuracy and compliance Assign correct Schedule B / HTS classifications Maintain meticulous compliance records in accordance with 19 CFR 163 and internal policy Deliver timely updates on compliance actions and priorities Comprehensive medical coverage Generous PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave 401K plan with up to 4% company match Annual performance bonus program Flexible work arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health resources and internal wellness champions Culture of learning, development, and internal mobility Employee referral incentives

Title : Trade Compliance Specialist
Location : Los Angeles, Ca
Are you an experienced compliance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for global trade regulations? We're looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA, supporting critical import / export operations with precision, integrity, and impact.
This is an on-site role, reporting directly to the Head of Export Control – US. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing compliance team that plays a vital role in our organization’s global operations.
What You’ll Bring :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, OR 2+ years of college coursework plus 2+ years of Trade Compliance experience
- Deep understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience preparing and submitting EAR export license applications via SNAP-R
- Strong working knowledge of Schedule B Classifications and Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS)
- Foundational experience with AES and EEI filing procedures
