Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2240–$2400 per week Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment Location : Martinsburg, West Virginia (zip 25401) – West Virginia nursing jobs Assignment Length : 13 weeks Healthcare Setting : Acute Care, Main Operating Room (14 suites) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Shift : 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm Call Rotation : Weekday, weekend, and holiday call as needed Floating : May float to outpatient surgery center Charting System : Epic EMR Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for West Virginia licensure BLS (AHA) certification required ACLS and PALS certifications required Minimum 2-3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience 2-3 previous travel nursing assignments preferred Ortho / Neuro surgical experience preferred Ability to respond to call within 20 minutes Weekend and weeknight on-call availability required Ability to float to outpatient surgery center as needed OR RN Responsibilities Circulate and assist in diverse surgical cases (excluding open heart), including neuro spine, total joints, open fractures, general, and ENT procedures Maintain a 1 : 1 RN to patient ratio in the operating room Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to deliver safe, efficient patient care Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotations Float to outpatient surgery center as needed Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Comply with all hospital policies and procedures Discover rewarding West Virginia healthcare jobs in Martinsburg and enjoy local history, outdoor recreation, and a supportive nursing community.
