Job Skills / Requirements

MSNW Group is looking for someone who finds enjoyment in cleaning and working as part of a team. They need to have good time management to prioritize tasks so that they complete their assignment by the end of their shift.

The applicant must have the ability to change tasks or assignments outside of the normal duties and be able to fill in during staff shortage.

Applicant must understand customer service and keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

They must be able to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written direction from the Operations Supervisor.

Principle duties :

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Take direction and respond to the Operations Supervisor.
• Perform and complete work assignments according to cleaning specifications and budgeted time.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.

Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to :

• Dusting & wiping desks
• Edging
• Pick up and collecting all trash and recycle bins.
• Stock restrooms
• Restroom cleaning
• Spot window cleaning
• Wipe down sinks, partitions, and stainless steel
• Transport trash and waste to proper disposal area
• Remove cobwebs.
• Clean and disinfect various surfaces.
• Sweep, vacuum & mop floors
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for consumables as needed.

COVID Vaccine Mandatory

Compensation : $16.50 / hour

Schedule : Monday Friday after 6 p.m. 3 hours per day 15 hours per week.
