Responsibilities

Essential Functions : This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee. During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will move into a Recruiter role and be responsible for the following :

Salary

$45,000 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance

13-week training compensation : $16.50 per hour and eligible for overtime
