Job description

Inventory Clerk

Our client is seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Operations & Maintenance Division, supporting the building maintenance teams by managing inventory, processing invoices, and working within our Inventory Management system.

Job Title : Inventory Clerk

Location : Tampa, FL

Pay Range : $17

Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Receipting invoices and verifying accuracy of incoming shipments
  • Inventorying parts and supplies in the storeroom
  • Utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management System to track and update inventory records
  • Placing orders for maintenance parts and supplies to support building operations
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with enterprise management systems
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
