As a Marketing Program Manager, you will improve marketing program orchestration and execution to drive efficiencies. This role will work with the Marketing Strategist and Marketing Manager responsible for supporting TransUnion's Communication Solutions to manage campaign execution and provide other marketing campaign support as requested.

What You'll Bring :

• 3-5 years of marketing project or program management experience with a focus on data / tech solutions in a B2B or agency environment.
• An understanding of B2B marketing, and campaign development and execution with experience managing the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Strong program / project management, prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clearly communicate project updates, milestones, and results to internal teams and external agencies, with a focus on building strong relationships.
• Ability to operate as a proactive team member who can accept delegated responsibility, work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to think critically and solve challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, full-time non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
