As an Access Control Officer, you will support security-related operations within a financial institution environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to deter unauthorized access and incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exitingProvide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with security-related inquiries and directionsCarry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policiesRespond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocolsConduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security issuesMaintain detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observationsSupport emergency response activities, including communication with local authorities and managementWhat We're Looking For
Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements
At least 1 year of security-related experience is requiredAccess control and / or badge experience is preferredCPR and / or First Aid certification is preferredBe at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed rolesHigh school diploma or equivalentBackground check as required by law; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable lawsDrug screen required as a condition of employment, where permitted by lawLicensing requirements may apply depending on state / local regulationsA valid driver's license required for driving positions onlyWhy Join Us
