Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into specifications for technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact

Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams

Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)

2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent applicable knowledge and skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and SQL queries is desired

Ability to prepare technical reports and user documentation

Experience in planning user acceptance testing (UAT)
