• Be involved in the Guest Service experience.
• Respond to guest complaints following the Recovery system.
• Reinforce positive guest experience to encourage repeat business.
• Float the restaurant to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintain a good work ethic every shift.
• Demonstrate strong character and distinguish yourself as the leader on every shift.
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
• Maintain safety and food quality standards.
• Handle high stress situations calmly and with good judgment to please guests and keep staff focused on their daily goals.
