Overview : The Expenditure Management Specialist I role is an opportunity for a service minded individual to support our branch teams by ensuring timely, accurate and compliant filing and payment of our branch business licenses and personal property tax obligations. The team's goal is to increase the amount of time available for our branch teams to serve clients by eliminating this administrative burden. We have a small, close-knit team that works collaboratively to meet the variable volume and demands of our deadline driven work. We have built and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders such as Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Branch Real Estate, Tax, and Legal to deliver superior results.
Key Responsibilities :
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Hiring Minimum : $46600 Hiring Maximum : $76800

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our St. Louis, MO home office location are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
