Superintendent Position

Cross Street is looking for an experienced Superintendent to help oversee their large development project in Baltimore. The project includes multiple buildings and a large site / utility package. They will be repurposing several existing buildings as well as tearing down rebuilding others.

Must have 3+ years of experience working for a GC in a project support role. Experience managing a project schedule. Experience with MEP project upgrades. Strong interior construction experience with rehab work preferred. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in various projects on site.

Intermediate Level

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $43.27 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Annapolis, MD.
