Partner Marketing Manager
This role is for Cloud Marketing based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA; New York, NY, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA. Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members is required. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, six years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields, experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on partner or channel marketing, experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, experience with marketing cloud technologies, and experience with partner management.
Preferred qualifications include experience with project management, knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud business and ecosystem, ability to use data and numbers to derive insights and propose action plans to close business gaps, and excellent business acumen and ability to interact with highly technical people and technologies.
About the job : You will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end, shaping the future of Google Cloud in North America and part of an entrepreneurial team in a growing business. You will guide, enable, and accelerate partners into our growing partner ecosystem, craft and execute co-marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Google Cloud solutions for developers and IT professionals, and lead our partners into building scalable and productive demand generation programs.
Responsibilities include understanding partner needs and how to best position Google Cloud products in the market, influencing cross-functional stakeholders to integrate partners into the regional field marketing programming and activations, using data and numbers to draw insights, finding business gaps and opportunities and propose action plans to close gaps and achieve measurable goals, consulting, influencing partners as well as build, execute, manage and measure Partner Programs and Campaigns to further drive pipeline, demand and mindshare, and managing relationships, influencing executive stakeholders while navigating cross-functional organizations, dealing with ambiguity, internally and externally.
